The guarantee

How the money-back works

Over the three months, the sales my marketing brings in need to make you at least as much profit as you’ve paid me. Profit is those sales multiplied by your margin, which we agree when we start.

Sales from regulars who would have bought anyway don’t count. We agree how sales are tracked before anything goes live.

An example. You pay me $2,961 over three months. My marketing brings in $15,000 of sales at your 20% margin. That’s $3,000 profit, so it’s paid for itself. If it had made you less than $2,961 in profit, you’d get the $2,961 back.

For the guarantee to apply

You stay the full three months.
I can see your sales figures, through your till, online store or booking system.
We agree a minimum ad budget, and you keep to it.
Enquiries get followed up promptly.
Content gets approved within the days we agree.
Offers we agree on stay running.

Refunds cover my fees, not ad spend or outside costs, and are paid within 30 days of our three-month review. Full terms are in the agreement, which you’ll see before you sign anything.

On every tier

No lock-in. No cut of your ads. Nothing hidden.

What’s extra: Ad spend and outside costs, like a photographer or printing, are passed through at exactly what they cost. I don’t take a cut of your ad spend. You’ll know what’s extra before you pay for it.
Paying: Each month is paid in full at the start of the month.
No lock-in: You can stop at any time. If you leave before the three months are up, the money-back guarantee no longer applies and months already paid aren’t refunded.
After three months: We sit down and decide together. If you want to keep going, you choose services one by one, each with its own price.
