GPMarketing
About

Founder-led. One person. Dunedin.

I'm Archie. I run GP Marketing myself — every account, every plan, every piece of content. No account managers, no offshore team, no one standing between you and the person actually doing the work.

01 · Why it's one person

Every layer an agency adds is a cost you end up paying

Most agencies grow by adding layers — an account manager to manage the strategist, a strategist who briefs a creative team that's never spoken to you directly. Every one of those layers is a real cost, and it shows up in what you're charged, whether the work improves or not.

Keeping this to one person isn't a limitation I'm working around. It's the reason the pricing looks the way it does, and the reason the person you spoke to on the phone is the same person who actually does the work.

02 · How it actually runs

Real conversations, backed by real systems

Every plan starts with an actual conversation about your business, not a template — see how pricing works for the detail. The repeatable parts behind it — checking a quote against the pricing rules before it goes out, keeping every job's numbers straight, running the process that turns your numbers into a plan — run on systems I've built myself, not a spreadsheet held together with hope. That's what makes doing this properly, alone, actually possible.

03 · Dunedin, and NZ small business

Local enough to understand a Dunedin winter's effect on foot traffic

Based in Dunedin, working with small and medium businesses across New Zealand — trades, hospitality, retail, automotive, beauty. Small enough that a message gets read and answered by the person who can actually act on it, not routed through a queue.

04 · Pricing, plainly
